FAQ
Q1: How long does delivery take and how is it shipped?
A: We offer 100% FREE shipping on all our mobility scooters. Since these are heavy-duty, premium vehicles, they are carefully shipped via LTL Freight to ensure they arrive safely. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and transit time is usually 3-7 business days depending on your location in the US. The carrier will call you to schedule a convenient delivery appointment.
Q2: Is the scooter difficult to assemble when it arrives?
A: Not at all! We designed our scooters with your convenience in mind.
-
Travel Models (like the M4F): Arrive almost fully assembled. You simply unfold it, attach the battery, and you're ready to go.
-
Heavy-Duty Models (like the M500): Arrive 90% assembled. You will only need to attach the seat, armrests, and front basket. Every scooter comes with a clear user manual and tools. If you need help, our tech support team is just a phone call away!
Q3: What does your warranty cover?
A: We stand behind the quality of our engineering. Every new Mbxcooter™ comes with a comprehensive 1-Year Limited Warranty. This covers the main frame, motor, transaxle, and electronic components against manufacturing defects. We also provide lifetime expert technical support. If you ever have an issue, our US-based team will help you troubleshoot or send replacement parts.
Q4: Do you accept Medicare or private health insurance?
A: To provide you with the highest quality scooters at the best possible price, we operate as a direct-to-consumer brand and do not bill Medicare or private insurance directly. However, we can provide you with a detailed invoice after purchase if you wish to file a claim independently with your insurance provider. We also offer flexible financing options at checkout so you can ride now and pay later.
Q5: What is your return policy?
A: We want you to be completely satisfied with your new adventure companion. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the scooter must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. Please note: Due to the high cost of freight shipping for heavy items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a standard restocking fee may apply.
Q6: Can I take my scooter on an airplane or cruise ship?
A: It depends on the model! Our travel-friendly models (like the M4F) feature FAA-approved lithium batteries, making them 100% airline and cruise ship compliant. Just drive it right to the gate! For our heavy-duty models (like the M500), they are designed for uncompromised outdoor exploration and are too large for commercial airline travel.
